Complete payment as instructed at checkout

Choose a payment method and follow the checkout instructions. For USDT, carefully check the payment details and transfer requirements shown on the page; do not repeat a transfer based on a previous payment. After paying, return to the user panel to check the order status. If it is not confirmed, check the original order before taking any further action to avoid duplicate payments that are hard to reconcile.

Get the client and subscription after confirming your order

Check your plan status in the user panel, then go to the download page. Except on iOS, you can download the VPN97 client after signing in; the iOS download link requires an active plan. Sign in to access your subscription, which is provided in the user panel and should not be shared publicly. After importing it, test that the apps you need work before making it part of your daily routine.

Refund Requests & Order Checks

Read the refund policy before choosing a plan to understand eligibility and how requests are handled. Network performance depends on your local connection, the selected region and the service you want to access. If the service does not meet your needs, you can request a refund under the policy; upgrading to a plan with more data should not be the default fix for connection issues.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket with your request, relevant order details and payment method. Include the order reference, plan name and issue so the team can verify the request. Do not share your account password or full subscription details in a ticket; these credentials are not needed to check an order.

If the order status has not updated, describe what the page showed after payment. If you want a refund, state that clearly. Describe different issues separately rather than combining connection troubleshooting with a refund request. Check the user panel for updates; this page does not promise a processing or arrival time.
