Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains the refund eligibility, request process and payment return procedure for VPN97 subscriptions. Before paying, please also read the Terms of Use and Package Details. For order-specific checks and handling, the ticket records in the user panel serve as the reference.

Refund Period and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. You do not need to prove that the service has a fault or give a specific reason for no longer using it. The period starts when the account's first payment is successfully processed. Installing a client, importing a subscription or making the first connection does not restart the period.

Submit your request through a ticket within this period and identify the order to be reviewed. Providing additional information later or payment-channel processing does not change the time of your initial request. Renewals, additional data packages and mid-term upgrades do not reopen the refund window for the first payment. If multiple transactions are involved, list each one separately to avoid including orders that were not part of the request.

Usage Records and Disputes

Within the refund period, normal connections, client installations or existing data usage do not by themselves justify refusing a refund. This policy does not impose unpublished data-usage thresholds or make a review of connection quality a substitute for a refund request.

Requests made after the refund period are not covered by the full-refund commitment described above. For duplicate charges, orders not credited correctly or payment amount disputes, you can still submit a ticket for review. These billing issues should not be conflated with ordinary refund requests.

If an account involves unusual traffic, suspected use beyond package entitlements, a breach of the Terms of Use or a payment dispute, the order ownership and relevant records must be reviewed separately. This page does not introduce new automatic charges or penalty rules. If you dispute the outcome, explain the basis in your ticket and you may provide additional materials.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel, go to the ticket portal, select the relevant order and explain that you are requesting a refund. Provide the order number, payment date, payment method and proof of payment. If you cannot select the order in the panel, include these details in the ticket message. For multiple orders, describe each refund request separately.

Your proof of payment only needs to show the information required to verify the transaction; you may redact unrelated account balances or other transactions. Do not submit your login password, payment password, private keys or recovery phrases. You do not need to provide an email address separately for a refund request.

After submitting your request, check replies, provide any additional information and confirm the outcome in the original ticket. Avoid opening duplicate tickets that could scatter the information. Check subscription entitlements and order status after the refund using the ticket details and panel records.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

VPN97 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions are generally refunded through the original payment channel to the original account, not to an unrelated third-party account. If the original channel cannot process the refund, explain the reason in a ticket and confirm how to proceed first. You will not be asked to make another payment to complete a refund.

USDT transfers work differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds. An on-chain transfer cannot be treated as a payment that can simply be reversed. Before processing, the original transaction, network used and receiving address must be checked, and the return arrangements confirmed in a ticket. Do not send funds to an address that has not been confirmed.

If network fees, currency or other payment differences are involved, the specific handling plan must be explained and confirmed first. This policy does not set an unpublished fee percentage or replace the full-refund commitment with an automatic currency conversion.

Refund Tracking and Follow-Up

Confirmation of a refund request, submission to the payment channel and receipt of funds are separate steps. The actual arrival time depends on the payment channel or relevant network status; this page does not promise an unconfirmed fixed timeframe. Check progress in the original ticket and review the refund record in the original payment account.

If you have received a refund processing notice but the funds have not arrived, provide the relevant order and transaction records for verification so the ticket can be followed up. If you have questions about the refund amount or destination, keep the original payment receipt and ticket replies for review. See the Privacy Policy for information about how refund-related data is used and retained.
